Hello welcome to the CharmedOnes and i'm happy to welcome all charmed fanatic's 
But there are a few rules i would like to make clear:
-Firstly respect me and other member's of this site
-Do not spam that means making pointless threads, and double-posting and such.
-No cyberbullying
-Do not ask to be mod i will decide myself
-be friendly to new members
-Do not post in the wrong forum
-No swearing
-Do not post a new topic, that already exists always check
-Do stick to the topic
-Be creative and have fun!
*Hint: The more you follow the rules, the more likely you are to become a moderator.*
